The new aquaculture law has been in the process of being drafted by the Chilean executive branch for a year. Therefore, in 2024, a participatory process took place, allowing the submission of reports to the government in support of specific positions. In this context, in collaboration with Igualdad Animal, the Fundación Derecho y Defensa Animal prepared a document.
